...it took me a second to realize you were talking about the tumblr post instead of the AO3 post. I was like "wait where did I mention Logan in the story... oh WAIT."

Anyway yeah a healing factor always helps but part of what made me boggle at some of those stories is that apparently some of the women healed up fine without a doctor? Or were released from the (19th-century) hospital in a week with no problems? The human body, man, it does weird shit even without superpowers.

The GI tract has always been a little bit weird like that.
