(no subject)

In exchange for killing my back carrying longboxes on Monday, I am now in possession of "Diana Prince: Wonder Woman #202", featuring the white jumpsuit and Catwoman, written by Samuel R. Delany and guest-starring Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser.

I can't decide which part of that sentence is awesomest, there is so much awesome in it.

(I also pulled out #203 while I was at it, because it is a "special women's lib issue". I tremble in anticipation.)

Will I post scans? I don't know! Do you know? Maybe I will liveblog it as I read!

Is this similar to or different from Diana, Warrior Princess?

Alas, not quite so awesome as that.

How do you get Fafhrd and the Grey Mouser in the same continuity as Wonder Woman and Catwoman? I thought their stories took place in Ankh-Morpork Lankhmar?

Perhaps more importantly, who wins?

Unfortunately, I got interrupted! And now I won't get to find out how it ends until after Thanksgiving. D:

It appears, however, that the Wonder Woman, Catwoman, and I-Ching have been transported to Lankhmar. How they got there is explained in the previous issue (I assume, since I don't have it) but this is early Bronze Age, so it could be *anything*. (According to Wikipedia, this issue introduced Lankhmar to the DCU and they had their own comic for a year or so. Which was later re-done in the '90s by Mike Mignola. I have the first issue of the Mignola book; it is excellent.)
