a moment's not something you keep

I'm having a problem with time today.

Well, okay, not just today. I've never been able to keep a watch more than about two months. It gets broken or stops keeping time right or simply disappears. Usually the second one. And my clocks spontaneously stop showing the correct time. I've no *idea* how the server time on my computer keeps getting about three minutes off. Not to mention my last three watches' tendency to randomly end up between ten minutes and two hours off. It's been proposed that this is due to some kind of weird eletromagnetic reaction with my body chemistry or something. More likely, I'm just odd.

But today-- the clocks are totally randomly changing. My alarm clock was fifteen minutes ahead of my computer when I woke up, then became an hour early, and now is back to nearly the same time as the other, all without me touching it. And my watch has been fluctuating all over the place. And I can't even get time.gov to work. Perhaps it is the nature of the time-space continuum changing, not my clocks. Perhaps it's the fact I brought a one ring back to school. Perhaps I'm simply a bit mad.

Watch this lj entry mysteriously back-date itself or something.

Update: yep, it did. And my alarm clock is now an hour *late*

Also, meant to mention this before: e-mail is being rather odd; some mail isn't coming. If I didn't reply to you, there's only a fifty percent chance I'm not answering you, and a fifty percent chance I never got it in the first place.
