Huh. See, if I'd gotten the impression they were changing the words to make it more 'educational', that would make more sense (and be more like the Sesame Street I remember, which had a fair amount of that kind of stuff in it.) But I got the impression from both the record and my mother that these were with the original, un-altered lyrics. Which are very toddler-friendly, yes, but that's because, you know, stoned.
