That link goes to the last story; click the link in the summary there for the story before that with links to all the previous ones. Start it at the BEGINNING and keep going till it squicks you too much or you fall in love with it and can't stop. :D Because for almost all of the story it sounds like it's just what you're looking for; it's only in the last few stories that they seem to have run out of awesome non-self-absorbed ideas and turned to the super-angst. And it's a series of mostly self contained stories, so you can stop anytime.
