Kirk/Spock (Okay I have feelings about Kirk/Spock as an epic friendship, but I am take-it-or-leave it about it being an epic romance, and also without McCoy (and Uhura and Scotty) along part of the heart is gone.) 3. Q/Picard 4. Spock/Chapel, I guess? (So I've seen this done well, but mostly I am super uninterested in your standard "I am the one girl in all the world who will be able to teach Spock about ~lurve" storyline, as played by multiple minor female character and many, many OFCs over the years.)
(It has been so long since I've watched or read much DS9 or VOY that I don't have any strong feelings on ships, beyond "I would like everyone on DS9 to be happy forever" and "I would like the crew of Voyager to have fewer plotlines lifted from daytime soaps", and I haven't watched ENT or DISCO at all, so this is what you get.)
