Sorry about that, but I was working at church for most of the day today, so I know I will be up until all hours getting ready for tomorrow, and at that point I need to make a very detailed list of things while my brain is still working, so I thought I'd share the joy with you.

Also while I am doing all that, I will be listening to the rest of the A Wizard on Mars audiobook I got from the library when it became clear they were never going to order a paper version. I'm about halfway through, and all I've got so far is OMG BARSOOM! What is it about Barsoom? Clearly there is *something* about Barsoom which means that you can never quite get there, no matter what methods you use or how much you love it.

I clearly need to do a sequel to Open the Book, and Loose the Seals Thereof in which Laz, Lor and Dora, Space (copyright) Pirates, write themselves into Kit and Nita's Earth looking for a route to Barsoom. (Not having finished with AWoM, I'm not sure what will happen in said sequel, but at some point there will be some rather iffy hitting-on of underage people, and Dairine will point out that Dad probably wouldn't approve of the Tertians as an influence on his daughter, whereupon the Tertians will go say 'Hi' to Dairine's Dad and embarrassing fanboying will ensue, possibly including mentions of things he & their mom got up to in the 70s which Nita really, really didn't need to know about.)
