For a month now I've been idly wondering what exactly could happen on Boston Legal that was worthy of a 2-hour season finale. (They can't exactly have aliens threaten to destroy the universe like on Stargate, after all.) And the only high-stakes relationship that been built up at all this season is, um, Alan & Denny's. So I was halfway convinced that the big ending would be "Alan and Denny Finally Have Sex."

That opening montage? Did *nothing* to convince me otherwise. My *god.* Katy, if you taped it, I want to rip it for a pimping CD at con.txt.

Five pence says my favorite slash pairing is canon by the time the Daily Show comes on tonight!

(I'm am sitting here grinning uncontrollably, and it's not even 9:10 yet!)

ETA: THEY'RE NOT HAVING SEX THEY'RE GETTING MARRIED! (more-or-less) OMG!

You know, I don't know anything about this show, nor do I care about it, but if you have fans of it on your list you might consider cutting for spoilers.

That's not ... technically a spoiler, because he didn't *actually* propose. Marriage. To Alan. Er, yet. And I doubt anyone who watches the show could figure out what really happened from my post.

I try to cut all spoilers if I know that I have people on my flist who are picky about that show. But otherwise, I - well, it's fun in that taking-unneccesary-risks way, to walk the line and post mildly misleading uncut not-really-spoilers. That way people who don't watch the show will see them, and *wonder*.

I LOVE THEM!

It is *so* totally on tape. Score!

This is like watching slashfic. On my television screen. With a bonus Alan/Denny vid at the beginning. Dude.

They're totally going to be having sex by the end of this episode. Unless they end the season on an OMG cliffhanger. (I love that I can't say "admit they love each other 4ever" or "start sleeping together" because they've already been there, done that! Repeatedly! Oh, Denny Crane.)

I just want SMOOCHES. rawr.
