So tonight I watched The War Games (I figure it's much easier to catch up on the Master than the Doctor - after tonight I'm completely finished with TV canon for 5/8 versions (well, depending on what you count as a version and what you count as canon) yay! ('course that's because there were only three Masters who got more than one arc, but I don't care.)

Anyway, you should watch it.

Also, Shalka!Doctor and Master both have War Lords style hair and sideburns. This surely means *something*. Just not sure what. (And the Time Lord outfits in this episode are pretty much identical to what Wee!Master wears in the SoD flashback. Yay continuity?)

(PS: If you are completely uninterested in Doctor/Master fandom's conspiracy theory ravings, this is still a good serial to try out early Doctor Who with, I think. Five hours long, but good. And Zoe rocks. And it's also a necessary episode if you're interested in Doctor/Jamie conspiracy theories. :P )
