Aww. Spike is such a woobie. For about half of the Angel episode today, I thought they were actually going to show him being evil, but nope, should have had confidence in his essential squishiness. q-: And Andrew suddenly went from annoying dork to intriguing young man, when he had twelve lovely and dangerous women backing him up. Really good episode. The whole show's immeasurably better once they packed off Connor and brought in Spike. Spike makes everything better, of course.

Ooh! Ooh! And the school library actually had a Miles Vorkosigan book on the shelves. One Miles Vorkosigan book. *has moment of silence in honor of Jessie Hinkle, in whose memory it was donated to the library*. She was a librarian there until a few years ago, it appears. I wonder if the fund was specifically for improving the fiction collection? Either way, I am full grateful.

I've started it already. It's very good. And I have a crush on Bel already, as should surprise nobody.

Y'all liked it better when I was updating only when I actually had something to say, didn't you?

Edit: It's very interesting to compare the people on my flist posting about Christopher Reeve and the ones posting about Jacques Derrida. Almost . . . *postmodern*.

Dunno-- I haven't seen any early-season Angel, so all I know about Doyle is that he's dead and he's missed.

Pshh... having nothing to say should never be a bar to posting something. What would the Internets be if people only posted to LJs and message boards when they had something to say? (Hmm...Don't answer that. No matter how many times I think of that question... I only seem to come up with "utopian"...) XD
