My sister stellar_dust has been finally posting the pictures from our big road trip in July, and I've been letting her, because I didn't really get pictures of anything she didn't cover. Except now she's gotten up to the day we were at Salem, and all the pictures of the Beer of Evil are on my camera. Well, I can't expect people to get by without seeing *those*.

We ate dinner at the Salem Beer Works that night. It was in Salem MA, so of course there was witch kitsch everywhere.


That was the reflection in our table. The restaurant was full of ATMOSPHERE, so these were all taken on exposures of more than 1 second, which is why the lighting is so eldritch.

Sister got the 4-beer sampler. She tries the Beer of Evil:

Melannen is unimpressed by beer. (It did taste exactly like evil, though.)

There are none of the the birch beer that are good enough to post.

There aren't that many of you, either. (Looking back at the pictures, my camera must have been out of batteries about half the trip!) Am working on it though. Maybe will get them up sometime!

Old Orchard Beach is next, but there's nothing there as fun as the Beer of Evil, because we didn't get shots of any of the really cool stuff around there.
