They went, though, just the same.
Did, in fact, go to bookstore and buy Wyrd Sisters. Also writings of Joan of Arc and The Duchess of Malfi from the sale table. Was extrememly tempted by Shadow of the Hegemon and Neverwhere. And Latin Ars Amatoria. And, in fact, everything on either side of that aisle. Actually by everything in the whole bookstore. Should not be going to bookstores! Should not be buying books when have no! income! whatsoever!
Maybe should consider listening to parents and getting job, as will not be on full scholarship forever, as parents have been increasingly hinting that would be a very good idea, as departmental advisor has repeatedly stated there are paid undergrad RA positions going begging in department despite budget cuts, as would enjoy an excuse to hang around campus all summer (read: play with library and ethernet connection), as like the feeling of accomplishing something and earning my own way, and as enjoy research and like people who run our labs. Also would greatly enjoy having own money to guiltlessly waste on books and online donations.
You know, I've decided I want to get a job. Unfortunately, job--> being responsible for something. Have *no* responsibility. Cannot even get up in time for 1:00 class sometimes, and like 1:00 class. Have not even changed root password after --C told me if I didn't he would break into my box just to show me.
(Edit: Have now changed root password. Realized it was in nature of challenge to post previous statement. May be irresponsible and lazy, but not stupid.)
