Have you explored the kink_wiki? Most of the kinks they make an effort to talk about a lot of different ways to explore the kink, so even if 90% of them make you uncomfortable, you might find something that's offsides enough that you like. (Like I did with 'caning' here.)

And you only need to be able to do one square to make the minimum! That was what made me think I could do it: surely 1/25 has to be something that isn't totally squicky to you.
