Do you mean Emperor Doom or is there another one? Emperor Doom was one of the first graphic novels I owned! The Purple Man kinda makes it weird though.
Doom/Ororo is very good (Doom/Sue Storm is also a thing so must specify) but a) Ororo has so many villains in love with her, she has her own entry if I get to it, and b) there is 0 fic (well, one abandoned wip AU). Which is tragic.
