I promise I was only thinking that I had no idea how far it had penetrated outside the US! The idea that US people might not be familiar just because they are too young is also impossible for me to contemplate.

(I have a coworker who does storytime programs for toddlers who I learned this week had never heard of the song "Daisy Daisy/Bicycle Built for Two" before. *That* one made me contemplate morality.)
