Enemies to Nemeses! I feel like this is the reversed-polarity version of the most common Friends to Lovers arc.

'someone I care about' -> 'someone I deeply love and am committed to'

'someone I oppose' -> 'someone I deeply loathe and am committed to destroying'

I'm not sure what fandom would suit this but now I want to read it. :D
