I am the wrong person to ask because I have never even attempted to use it (partly because it only works when logged in, and I'm, as established, inconsistent about logging in, so I filter by unsubscribing, basically), but I think the relevant FAQ is this one: "How do I filter my reading page?". It looks like it's a paid-only feature, but if you want me to toss you a month's DW points so you can test if it's worth it, lmk.
