Although if the warning really was used only on actually adult content (instead of the current state of affairs) I think it would be reasonable as a way to keep people who don't want to see that from stumbling on something, and for encouraging people who do want to see porn to log in.
Right now, though, deliberately setting the 18+ filtering option on your logged-in account because you want to avoid porn is counterproductive because there's so much non-adult content marked with it.
