The message says "should be viewed with discretion" instead of "possibly inappropriate for anyone under the age of 18." I find that less of a problem ideologically - because yeah, the thirteen year old in an Alabama library maybe does want to view the list of crisis hotlines or the lgbt history meta with discretion - so if you do want to use one by default, I like that one a lot better.
