I would describe to you what happened the first time that I, as a library employee, had to attend a training about helping neuroatypical patrons, except that level of anger wasn't healthy even for me. (And it wasn't long enough ago that they had any excuse, either.)

Then we had an all-staff meeting where the keynote was from a guy who was literally just advertising his "Brain Wellness and Biofeedback" clinic only he didn't know how to make a graph. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
