SO many people in child psychology who clearly have never been a child, or taken the time to talk to one as if it is a person. :/ Or, you know, taken a class on study design. (They are super-limited in some ways because the ethics rules are really tight when you're experimenting on human kids - and like I said, I have seen some studies come out lately that seem less bad - the marshmallow experiment replications being notable - but still. Be better.)
