Yeah, I feel like there's not a lot of magic per se in this verse, unless you just want to transplant in a magic system so you can have wizards, but Nightingale can definitely figure out things with an omen cast that are way too specific, and also helpful coincidences tend to just fall into place around her in a statistically anomalous way (Peter has charts.)
