Unfortunately, Chambers's book has already been published as an ebook in the US, so there's no way it could get an eligibility extension next year. In fact, I believe (but don't know for certain) that the self-pubbed ebook edition from 2014 means that it's not even eligible for this year's Best Novel. On the plus side, Chambers is eligible for the Campbell this year.
