Huh. Maybe I'm still missing a lot, but I didn't get the impression (at least as of the first book?) that Breq is wrong that much more than any other close first-person POV? She spends a lot of time knowing she may be wrong and either trying to get better (see: non-Radch gender) or not caring (see: "If you're an Anaander Mianaai, I want to shoot you", which come to think of it is probably a lot of why I'm talking myself into shipping them). But she reads to me as one of the most clear-eyed characters in the book (Which admittedly isn't saying much, and is mostly because she's aware that she's wrong about a lot of stuff, or that a lot of stuff has no right at the moment, or that she's got an unusually complicated relationship with knowledge/memory/selfhood/choice, even for an ai.)
