I am hoping it is amazing! The beach is really great for beachcombing, and there's a screened-in porch, so even if it's cold and rainy, I figure I can sit on the porch and look at the stormy Bay and catch up on reading, and then go beachcombing after. (And if it's not cold and rainy, late September is still basically maximum water water temperature.)
