I agree, any such tool would need to be shared. I do have ideas! But it'll have to wait until coders have more staffing.

I'd actually love a list of things you wish you'd known, if only because I'm finally in the position of being the less-junior wrangler to a new wrangler, and I'm pretty sure I'm missing things I should be telling them. Being a co-wrangling mentor is hard! (Also, we can crib any such list into a tutorial, given a little time and effort.)

If you feel like sending me a PM or email, that would probably be easiest? But don't if you're too busy or concerned about it - it's mostly just something for us to keep in mind as a future project.
