Well, I think Grantaire is someone who could have been a guide? If not for the other things involved in being Grantaire. You could probably have a few more of them as Guides, once Combeferre figures out what's going on, but I suspect they still don't so much form Sentinel/Guide pairs as they do one big bonded family.
