I don't know a whole lot about the theology of it all - I always thought church sermons were pretty boring (I don't do well listening to a dude lecture from the front while I have nothing to do but 'follow along' - I got in lots of trouble for writing fic stuff instead, thus ended up just systematically underlining every verse in my bible for lack of anything better to do), though I have read the enitre New Testament for a college religion class...

but this is pretty epic. =)

I'm all for learning the 'for realz' behind the stories, since a lot of the stories got 'prettied up' for church.
