The Futures and I agree that one of the best things about Homestuck is the troll romance structure, which we find ourselves using EVERYWHERE. It makes regular one-flavor romance seem so boring and restrictive and unrealistic -- or rather, it reveals how boring/restrictive/unrealistic the conventional way of thinking about romance is.
