I kind of got the impression that John wasn't drugged at all and Sherlock was just saying the leaking thing to make him feel better? On the other hand that wouldn't prove the aerosol idea and John is usually better under pressure. Not that John wasn't pretty dumb in this ep. I mean he didn't notice that something was seriously wrong with Sherlock when he was drugged?????
