That wouldn't really apply with what I've noticed, because weeks-old reading pages are going to be pretty static (Even if people backdate that far, it doesn't turn up on the rlist; plus I have reloaded the pages multiple times and the skip is still appearing.)

It's possible that does explain some of the network stuff though. Hmm.
