Holmes' matesprit is always and forever Irene Adler. The fact that they're never going to get around to actually mating or anything is kind of irrelevant. ^_^ His auspistice I think is sometimes Mycroft, sometimes Lestrade. (And the same roles work for BBC!Sherlock, except that he hasn't met Irene yet.)
