For longfic, I would also rec everything synecdochic's ever written. (Mostly SG-1, all long and plotty and excellent.) Her website is Synecdochic's fic. Her stand-alone stuff is sometimes shorter, but her series (halfway down the page) are pretty much all series of longfics. I particularly recommend Broken Wings and the Cammieverse
