The test version is usually functional - minus some content from the main archive. It may currently be 'broken' for Yuletide code update/testing. Since they just ran a code update last night for the Yuletide stuff, that could be it.

I haven't been involved much with testing lately, so I'm not as 'up' on everything going on in that realm.
