I've decided that this morning's dream in which I was forging Rings of Power (out of Perler Beads!) is all stellar_dust's fault.

The wind has been whining at the window and banging on the door all day. I combed out my hair and left it loose on the walk to the dining hall just so I could feel it fly behind me. Shivery.

mkfoundation is looking interesting. Nice to be reassured that people are still reading my old fics. That and looking back over all my fanfic WiPs has made get all reminiscently about HP. Maybe I shall actually finish some of them.

I started reading Harrius Potter et Philosophi Lapis today during lunch. it's been a very long time since I've done anything with my Latin. I'm only following the thread at all because I know the story so well already, but it's fun yet, even if I'm still on caput primum, "Puer Que Vixit". the only other whole book I've read in Latin is Winnie Ille Pu, and that was a long time ago. and the lack of initial capitalization is taking some getting used to.

My roommate just put a Johnny Depp interview on Bravo on the television. He's really good in interviews, isn't he? (edit: His hair looks exactly the way I alway imagined Snape's. I wonder how much goop he had to put in it to get it like that.)

I suppose so. My Latin is limited to the latin used in Event Horizon and that scifi reworking of the Hobbit. Except now I cant remember the There and Back Again phrase, so I guess that leaves me with Event Horizon. And I dont really know why I even mentioned the second thing since I dont remember it. Or the first thing for that matter. I just remember thinking that a Latin Cat In the Hat was keen, while the movie deserved to be boycotted on principle.
