Huh. It was not clear to me either from the books themselves or from LT that the Wizard stuff was set on the same world as the Warlock stuff! I did read a LOT of the Warlock books back in the day and liked them (not in an OMG fave way, but in an "I'll keep reading these" way, at least.) They seemed to be ... grounded in a way that a lot of similar-plot books weren't But like a lot of long series, it got worse as it went on.

Yeah the Zelazny's actually one half of an ace double. I usually at least enjoy a good Zelazny, though.
