Awww. I read an excerpt of it when it first came out and it seemed pretty readable! Of course I got through Bronze Age Economics, which was definitely not for a popular audience, so my standards are possibly off.

(Also it is definitely... thick. That's why I'm not starting it until everything else is off the plate.)
