I'm not really planning to have much in the way of deadlines if I come up with a writing group. More like exercises that people participate in when the mood strikes them and maybe a weekly or monthly trade off where people read and comment on things for each other. Maybe have occasional exchanges with deadline but mostly a place with lots of prompts and encouragement for people to cone share their work and get feedback on it and support to keep going when they are struggling.
